Cancellation, Delivery and Returns

Please note the following terms and conditions for cancellation and returns applies.

You may cancel your order prior to delivery up to 24 hours before the due collection/delivery date and time and you will receive a full refund. If you receive your order and you are not happy with the quality please let us know immediately. If it does not meet the quality and standard outlined in its description we will replace it or, if a replacement is not possible, give you a refund or voucher as reimbursement.
